Mr. Tissier has significant experience with budgeting, long range financial planning, merger and acquisition analysis, international accounting, as well as senior leadership involvement in the successful turn-around of an investor-owned mining company. Mr. Tissier, who is a Certified Public Accountant, Registered, holds bachelor's degrees in both geological engineering and exploration geology. |
