To transfer or terminate service, please contact us either via phone at 834-8080 or visit My Account. At the time of the request, you must provide us with a mailing address to which the final bill will be mailed.
The staff at TMWA would like to remind you that if you are moving, it is your responsibility to notify us to terminate the water service at your current place of residence. Please allow us five business days to process the request. Customers are responsible for all charges to the account until service is terminated.
