For your convenience, TMWA's automated response phone line offers customers their account information 24/7. It's easy to use, and always available when you want it. Using your 8-digit account number, here is some of the information that you can access by calling 834-8080, option 2:

  • Account balance and due date
  • Payment information including last payment amount and date it was received
  • Date your last invoice was issued

Please have your account number and property zip code ready before calling, and follow these step-by-step instructions to access our automated system:

  2. Press 2 for Questions about your water bill
  3. Select your language preference
  4. Press 3 to access the automated system

You can also let your fingers do the walking on the Web! Just log in to My Account and you can view your consumption information, change your account information, enter a service request and view your bill. It's just another convenience to make finding information about your water bill easier.
