BILLING & PAYMENT OPTIONS OFFERED WITH CONVENIENCE IN MIND

Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) offers many convenient ways to receive and pay your water bill.  Access your bill online, or receive a paper bill in the mail. Then pay online, by phone, in person, by mail or automatically – whatever suits you best.  Plus, payments online and by phone that are FREE of any convenience charges when you use your bank account.

If you are enrolled in paperless billing, you may not get our monthly Quality. Delivered. newsletter that comes with your bill each month. We post our newsletter to our website on the first of each month so even if you get a paper bill, you don’t have to wait until your bill arrives to read up on the latest news of interest to customers including workshops, public meetings and a variety of other topics.

Ebill Paperless Billing - Save a Tree!

Interested in more convenience and receiving less mail? We are now offering ebill paperless billing. Instead of receiving a printed bill in the mail each month, we'll help save a tree by emailing you a notification when your bill is ready for online viewing. To access this feature, please login to your account. Select the ebill notification and click the option to discontinue receiving a paper copy of your bill. Don't have an account? RapidPay (Electronic Funds Transfer)

 For FREE using your bank account. 

 Or pay by credit card. 

You can also chose to charge your payment to your Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card or ATM card.  A $2.50 convenience fee is charged by the vendor for this service. Click here to set up your account.  Once you have set up your account, click on "Payment Options" and then select the option to pay online by using a credit card.
Please note: commercial customers may only use this option in $500 increments.

Pay by Phone

In our ongoing effort to better serve you, Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) has an automated system available via telephone. This system allows you to access the following information about your TMWA account 24-hours a day:

 For FREE using your bank account. 

 Or by credit card. 

You may also follow these step by step instructions to access our automated system:

  1. Call TMWA at 834-8080
  2. Press "2" for "questions about your water bill"
  3. Select your language preference
  4. Press 3 to access the automated system

Please have your account number and property zip code ready before calling. This system is designed make your account information available to you 24-hours a day.

Pay by Mail

Simply mail your payment, using the return envelope provided, to TMWA, P.O. Box 70002, Prescott, AZ 86304-7002. If you need to make an overnight payment, send it to: TMWA Overnight Payments, 2286 Crosswind Dr. Ste. A, Prescott, AZ 86301.

Pay at TMWA's Office

Located at 1355 Capital Blvd., at the corner of Capital and Corporate Boulevards, our lobby is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.    If you simply wish to drop off your payment, you may take advantage of our convenient payment drop box, located outside along Corporate Blvd.  

Store Payment Locations

TMWA accepts payment at many grocery and convenience store locations throughout the community.  Please note that customers must have their bill with them in order to make a payment, and that there is a $1.50 Western Union charge for this service. In addition to the locations listed below, area Walmart stores also offer bill payment services.
