Pursuant to procedures set forth in Rule 9, the addition of new or expansion of existing water system facilities in order to provide water service to a particular parcel(s) or lot(s) are subject to the following charges. Charges are based on the maximum day flow estimated in gallons per minute (gpm) by the Authority to serve the parcel(s) or lot(s) multiplied by these charges. The following water system facility charges will be assessed where applicable and as identified in the Water Service Agreement.
