Applicability
Customer Charge
Delivery of water under this Rate Schedule is available for fire protection purposes to any Customer through Customer-owned Fire Facilities as defined in the Rules. Fire Facilities owned by Local Governments within the Authority's retail service territory are excluded from this Rate Schedule.
The charge for delivery of water per Billing Period for this service shall consist of a monthly Customer Charge computed at $2.57 per inch of the nominal diameter of the Service Pipe.
