TMWA is a unique public partnership, formed in 2001, between Washoe County and the cities of Reno and Sparks.  This means TMWA is owned by you, the customer, and governed by a Board of Directors made up of your local elected officials or their appointees.  Our customers enjoy some of the highest quality drinking water in the country.  TMWA's staff and Board of Directors work to ensure this quality and to provide excellent customer service.
