DESCRIPTION:Workshop:  Wednesday\, March 20\, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. \nTruckee Meadows Water Authority\, 1355 Capital Blvd.\, Reno\, NV 89502 \nFirst Hearing: Wednesday\, April 17\, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. \nSparks Council Chambers\, 745 4th Street\, Sparks\, NV 89431 \nNotice is hereby given that a Public Workshop will be conducted on adoption of revisions to the Truckee Meadows Water Authority Rate Schedule WSF – Water System Facility Charges which includes Area Fees and Facility Charges at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday\, March 20\, 2024 at the offices of the Truckee Meadows Water Authority\, 1355 Capital Blvd\, Reno\, Nevada. Proposed revisions to Rate Schedule WSF – Water System Facility Charges reflect the routine recalculation and updating of fees to be paid by new development to reimburse the Truckee Meadows Water Authority for capital investment in water system facilities which provides capacity to serve growth. Water System Facility Charges were last updated in 2022.  These proposed changes do not impact water use rates paid by customers. \nNotice is hereby given that a First Reading/Public Hearing will be conducted on the above described Water System Facility Charges revisions during the Truckee Meadows Water Authority Board meeting at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday\, April 17\, 2024 at the Sparks Council Chambers\, 745 Fourth St.\, Sparks\, Nevada.
