TMWA is proposing water rate increases of 7 percent, 7 percent and 5 percent over three years, beginning in May 2027. Nothing has been decided. The Board of Directors has asked staff to bring the proposal to customers and report back on what we hear before it votes.

Chief Financial Officer Matt Bowman will open with a presentation explaining the reasoning behind the three increases — why the work can’t be deferred, what it would pay for, and what it would mean for a typical monthly bill. A moderated question-and-answer session follows, with most of the time set aside for your questions.

Questions are submitted in writing through the Zoom Q&A panel, and you’re welcome to send one in at any point during the session.
