Financial Information

TMWA staff is dedicated to being fiscally responsible and committed to continually assessing all operational costs. As a result, expenses, and thus our customer rates, are kept as low as possible.

Annual Comprehensive Financial Report

The Purpose of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) is to provide the Board of Directors, our customers, and bondholders as well as other interested parties with reliable financial information about TMWA. TMWA's Finance Department prepared the ACFR in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). These reports are reviewed by an external auditor on a yearly basis.

Popular Annual Financial Report (Summary Format)

The Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) is an optional, high-level overview to compliment the ACFR without the intensive audited detail required in an ACFR. It is specifically for customers who want to know more about TMWA’s finances but would rather read a summary. Much of the financial information found in the PAFR can be found in more extensive detail in the corresponding year’s ACFR.
