Christopher Briscoe serves as the Information Technology Manager for the Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA), a role he assumed in August 2026 after four years as the organization’s IT Supervisor. In this position, Mr. Briscoe oversees TMWA’s enterprise IT network, encompassing systems administration, network administration, database administration, and help desk operations. In his role, he ensures the enterprise IT infrastructure remains secure, reliable, and resilient by leading various projects to support TMWA’s mission.

Mr. Briscoe has served in technology leadership roles for Northern Nevada government entities since 2014. He is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, earning his Bachelor of Science in Information Systems in 2011.

Outside of work, Mr. Briscoe enjoys spending time with his wife and raising their children in Reno.
