Mr. Quaglieri was named Water Resources Services Manager at Truckee Meadows Water Authority in August 2024. Prior to that he served as Water Rights Manager, a role he began in July 2023. Prior to starting at TMWA, Mr. Quaglieri gained 8 years of experience in private consulting in both private development, and water/wastewater projects.  Mr. Quaglieri also gained 12 years of public servant experience as the Water Engineer at the Public Utilities Commission of NV, the Engineering Manager at the Nevada Division of Water Resources, and prior to joining TMWA, was the Water Utility Manager with Carson City Public Works for 5 years.

Mr. Quaglieri holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Gonzaga University and an MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno.  Mr. Quaglieri is a registered Professional Engineer in Nevada, registered Water Rights Surveyor, Certified Public Manager and a licensed AWWA Water Operator Distribution 4 Full, Treatment-3 Full and Treatment 4 OIT.
