Mr. Diegle is part of the TMWA engineering team which develops, designs, and implements TMWA capital project construction. With 22 years of experience in the field of Water and Wastewater, Mr. Diegle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as Engineering Manager. He previously worked as both a design engineer and construction engineer, which gives him a well-rounded understanding of water infrastructure projects from concept to implementation.  Before joining Truckee Meadows Water Authority, Mr. Diegle spent 17 years as an engineering consultant. This experience exposed him to a wide range of projects which further enriched his expertise in the water and wastewater industry.  Mr. Diegle earned a BS in Civil Engineering from The University of Nevada, Reno and holds a PE License in Nevada and California.
