Before Your Next Bill Payment, Take a Few Extra Minutes and Make Sure You’re Set
Through the years, many of our customers have requested features we simply could not provide with our old system. Now, TMWA is very pleased to offer you a more flexible and capable online experience at tmwa.com/online.
Depending on how you’ve made your payments in the past, there may be some updates for you to make—mainly if you pay online or electronically through your bank.
HERE ARE OUR PAYMENT METHODS AND THE UPDATES THAT MAY BE REQUIRED FOR EACH:
Use your new account number (found on your latest bill) and setup
an account at www.tmwa.com/online.

Update your stored payee information with your new account number (found on your latest bill) and TMWA's new payment address:
PO Box 12000, Reno, NV 89520-0006.
Tear off payment coupon from the bottom of your bill, use return envelope (provided) and note new account number on your check.
At TMWA: Use enclosed envelope with payment coupon and note your new account number on checks. Place in external drop-box at 1355 Capital Blvd., Reno, NV 89502
Via Western Union: Take this bill with you to any affiliated counter location. See all locations at tmwa.com/billing and click on In Person.
With your new account number, call 775-834-8080 and follow prompts to pay any hour, any day.
|Please Note: If you have set up checking account transfers directly to TMWA (RapidPay), your automatic payment will continue to process uninterrupted as an AutoPay option going forward. No action is needed.
