Automatic Payments with RapidPay

The RapidPay electronic funds transfer process automatically deducts your monthly payments from your bank account on the date your water bill is due. And, since it saves TMWA processing fees, we pass the savings to you as a 21-cent credit on every bill paid via RapidPay!

Here’s how it works: As with any Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), you tell us which account, checking or savings, you would like your payment to be deducted from each month. TMWA will still mail you a monthly water bill that will show the payment and due date, but you won’t need to take any action. In addition, if you have any questions about your water bill, you may always contact TMWA at 834-8080 for clarification.

Here’s how to sign up:

It’s easy! Just click the “Sign up for RapidPay” link below and then click on Billing and Payment Options within the Customer Services section. Next, click on the link RapidPay-Electronic Funds Transfer to complete the online form.

If you do not already have an online account with TMWA, click the “Pay Online” link above and follow the “Set Up An Account” instructions.

Now you can pay your bill online for free each month using your checking or savings account.


Sign Up For Online Payments

After you set up your account, click ‘Payment Options’ and then select the option to pay online.


Credit Card Payment

You can also make your payment by credit card. Note: a $2.50 fee applies for this service.


Just Drop It In The Mail

Simply use the return envelope provided to mail your monthly payment to: TMWA P.O. Box 70002 Prescott, AZ 86304-7002

Pay your bill 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Payment options include using your checking account or a major credit card. Call: 775-834-8080.

NOTE: TMWA Office Closed to Public Until Further Notice

In an effort to curb the spread of COVID-19, beginning on Tuesday, March 17th, TMWA’s Capital Blvd. Office will be closed to the public. Payments will be limited to drop-boxes, mail-in payments, phone payments and electronic transactions.

Pay at TMWA’s Office

Located at 1355 Capital Blvd., at the corner of Capital and Corporate Boulevards, our lobby is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you simply wish to drop off your payment, you may take advantage of our convenient payment drop box, located outside along Corporate Blvd.

Store Payment Locations

TMWA accepts payment at many grocery and convenience store locations. Please note that customers must have their bill with them in order to make a payment, and that there is a $1.50 Western Union charge for this service. In addition to the locations listed below, Walmart stores also offer bill payment services.
