The reports entitled, “STMGID Production Well #11 and Test Well #10 Well Construction and Testing Final Report September 2001”, “Southwest Pointe Exploration and Well Construction Report September-December 1995” and “Redfield/Tessa PW-1 (West) and PW-2 (East) Well Construction and Testing Final Report November 2000” have been posted on the TMWA website for informational purposes only. The reports are intended to provide additional information regarding the drilling conditions for each monitoring well in the nearby area. It is provided without representation or warranty of any kind by TMWA with respect to its accuracy or completeness. The Reports are not intended to, and shall not be relied upon, as a substitute for, or a supplement to, the independent investigation of site conditions by the Bidder. The Reports are not part of the Contract Documents, and the provisions of Section 2.11 of the General Conditions apply to any use of such reports. No conclusions or interpretations based on the information contained in The Reports will relieve the Contractor from fulfilling its obligations under the Contract Documents.
