Blue Locker Diving Services, LLC (Blue Locker) was contracted by the Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) to conduct tank inspections in the spring of 2017 for use in considering tanks for the 2017-2018 Tank Improvement Project. Underwater and exterior observations were summarized by Blue Locker in reports for all sites that were inspected. The individual reports for the Desert Springs 3, Mount Rose 2, and Community College Tanks have been posted on the TMWA website for informational purposes only (see links below). They are provided without representation or warranty of any kind by TMWA with respect to their accuracy or completeness. The Reports are not intended to, and shall not be relied upon, as a substitute for, or a supplement to, the independent investigation of site conditions by the Bidder. The Reports are not part of the Contract Documents, and the provisions of Section 2.11 of the General Conditions apply to any use of such reports. No conclusions or interpretations based on the information contained in The Reports will relieve the Contractor from fulfilling its obligations under the Contract Documents.
